Homecare Adaption & Construction Ltd. was established in 2017 by John Michael O’Donoghue. John Michael has a BEng (Hons) Degree in Building Services Engineering. He has worked in the construction industry for over 16 years working primarily with elderly, disabled and vulnerable people living in both urban and rural locations.

John Michael established Homecare Adaption & Construction Ltd. with the vision to help people “adapt their homes to their needs”, enabling people and their families achieve a better quality of life within the comfort of their own home.

Homecare Adaption & Construction Ltd. offer expert advice on the most cost effective and best fit solutions to adapt your home to your changing needs. We specialise in carrying out house repairs and adaptions for older people and people with disabilities both privately and through County Council grant funding.

We offer a free home survey and assistance with all form filling and design drawings for all county council grant applications. We liaise with the homeowner, their family, Public Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist and Social Worker when requested to enhance and improve living standards for individuals who find themselves faced with challenging needs.

Each project is completed by a team of skilled tradesmen overseen by a dedicated project manager who will ensure that all aspects of your works are completed to the highest standard with the absolute minimum of inconvenience to clients.
